I use pulverized Pork Rinds or Almond Meal in place of breadcrumbs in all recipes. This turns the ingredient from a starch into a protein!
2 small bags pork rinds
- Put pork rinds into food processor and pulse until they’re ground up into a breadcrumb consistency.
- Store your ” breadcrumbs ” in a sealed glass jar in the refrigerator.
Pork Rinds are sold in original and barbeque flavors . The original variety hasn’t any flavor so you can add some Parmesan cheese and spices to make it Italian style. I use the barbeque flavor on chicken…. Yummy!
