This is a delicious sauce that I use to accompany beef dishes, especially steak or a rib roast. I always serve it along with a Standing Rib Roast. I found the recipe years ago in a Barefoot Contessa Cookbook. SO Yummy!
1 & 1/2 cups good mayonnaise (I use Helmann’s)
3 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
- Whisk together mayonnaise, mustard’s, horseradish, sour cream and salt in a small bowl. Serve at room temperature.
