2 tablespoons butter or ghee
2 cups shelled nuts, walnut halves, whole pecans and whole almonds (You can use one variety of nut or any combination of the three that you fancy- I usually use a combo of all three)
2 packages PureVia or Truvia natural sweetener
½ – 1 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- Melt the butter in a heavy skillet over a medium heat (I use a cast iron skillet – be careful they get very hot!), and then add the nuts.
- Cook 5-6 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Turn the heat of and immediately sprinkle nuts evenly with sweetener and cinnamon.
- Stir the nuts well to incorporate the sugar and spice.
