1 head broccoli, cut into pieces all the way through the stem
2-3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 tablespoons (eyeball it) extra-virgin olive oil
salt and ground pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Liberally drizzle olive oil over broccoli, add garlic, salt and pepper, and toss to coat in a large stainless steel roasting pan or glass baking dish.
- Transfer to oven and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until broccoli is nice and crispy on the ends and a little brown. (We like crispy and browned broccoli, its how we roll…)
Variation: This recipe works great with cauliflower too!
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into pieces instead of broccoli. Sometimes I combine both broccoli and cauliflower and roast them together!
