This recipe is BEYOND amazing. If you like pistachio ice cream, you’re in for a treat. A sugar-free and low carb dessert option when you need a little something sweet!
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Davinci sugar free Toasted Marshmallow Syrup
1/2 cup half & half
1/2 cup very cold water
1/4 cup plus 3 teaspoons granular erythritol
2 heaping tablespoons Jello (sugar-free) Pistachio instant pudding powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1/4 cup chopped, shelled pistachio nuts
- Put first nine ingredients into a blender and mix well on low. Do not froth the mixture.
- Pour blended mixture into an ice cream maker for approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
- Slowly pour in chopped nuts and mix for another 5 minutes.
- Transfer soft ice cream into a freezer safe container to harden.
