2 lbs lamb leg steaks, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp dried oregano
2 garlic cloves, minced
lemon wedges to serve
sea salt and pepper to taste
- Combine the lemon juice with the olive oil and dried oregano in a bowl and season to taste with sea salt and black pepper;
- Mount the lamb steak pieces on skewers and place them in the marinade and in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
- Preheat your BBQ on medium-high and cook the lamb kebabs for about 4 minutes on each side, until cooked to your liking.
