Zucchini Noodles are quick to make and step in as gluten-free, low carb, high fiber and nutritious alternative for pasta. Zucchini has a very mild flavor so you can serve them with any “sauce” you’re feeling like having at the moment; Marinara, Garlic & Oil, Alfredo, Bolognese … you name it!
I use 1 large zucchini per person, so if you’re serving four people, slice up four zucchini.

- Use a vegetable peeler or a Spiral Vegetable Slicer to create noodles.
- Saute or serve raw with sauce of your choosing over them.
