This is a quick, simple and creamy breakfast for one.
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
½ cup ricotta cheese
½ cup berries (strawberries, raspberries and/or blueberries)
7-8 chopped almonds
- Mix together yogurt and ricotta until creamy. Blend in fruit, sprinkle with nuts and enjoy.
TIP: You can add a splash of vanilla extract, cinnamon or nutmeg according to your personal taste.
