I know that Gingerbread is usually a holiday favorite but I like to eat them in the fall and winter too… I’m drawn to the taste of gingerbread in the cold weather!

My only suggestion is to make more cookies from each batch!
The instructions say to make six cookies per batch (there’s enough mix for 2 batches in each bag), I suggest you make MORE cookies per batch – my cookies came out huge!
